Jaunt needed to position itself as a new insurance brand targeting city-based drivers who don’t own a car but need insurance for weekend escapes or short trips. The challenge was to stand out in a crowded market and convey the brand’s purpose clearly.

Execution

Our work carved out a clear niche for Jaunt in the saturated car insurance market. We designed the entire user journey, from branding to website UX, and populated social media assets at key moments when customers are most likely to rent or borrow a car. The campaign brought Jaunt’s unique selling point of short-term car insurance to life in a way that resonated with urban audiences.

Idea

We created a young, fun, and vibrant campaign identity around the concept: "When you need car insurance at short notice, grab a Jaunt." This positioning communicated the brand’s value as a flexible, on-demand insurance solution, perfect for drivers who only need a car occasionally.

The Jaunt brand has become a pivotal part of the BISL portfolio and continues to thrive. Jaunt’s fresh identity and user-friendly experience have earned the brand ‘Excellent’ status on Trustpilot, reflecting the speed and ease with which users can access short-term insurance solutions.
